I'm Taren Lumley, a Research Coordinator in the Center for Philanthropy at The Pittsburgh Foundation.

I started at The Pittsburgh Foundation in May of 2018 as a Donor Services intern before, joining the Foundation as a permanent staff member in August of that year. I served a research and administrative assistant in the Center for Philanthropy at the Foundation from 2018, before being promoted to research coordinator in the Center in 2020.

In my role, I conduct research and create custom reports aligned with donor interests, which helps donors to decide the organizations to which they will donate. I also provide logistical support and project management for Center for Philanthropy projects and initiatives.

I graduated from Point Park with a bachelor’s degree in sports arts and entertainment management.
